About Terri Starliper
This will be Terri’s first year coaching with Arlington Elite. She’s currently the Assistant Director of Volleyball at the St. James. Terri has been coaching for 18 years with experience as a Head High School Coach, JV Coach, Club Volleyball Coach at the 12 and Under, 13’s and 16’s ages. She has been developing and running beginner and development programs for Volleyball Clubs for the past 6 years. Volleyball is her passion and she enjoy developing players and helping them grow personally and athletically.
About Stan Stemp
Coach Stan is our club President and Youth League director for the boys and girls programs. He’s the longest-serving coach at Arlington Elite, with experience coaching at every age group. He played on the men’s club team at the College of William & Mary, and was a setter/OH for his HS team in El Salvador that won the national title three consecutive years, and the Central American silver medal. Stan also served as an assistant coach for division III Marymount University for two year. Stan enjoys teaching the game as well as playing sand and grass vb year-around.

The U13 Orange team is an Regional level team competing at the highest-level tournaments in the Chesapeake region as well as participation in national high-level events held in this area such as Monument City Classic (Richmond) and Capitol Hill Classic (DC). The team will also participate in national qualifiers (NEQ) and may participate in the "Nationals" as an optional tournament.

Tournament schedule is tentative. Changes may occur depending on team availability, tournament entry, and teams level of play. Teams may add additional tournaments if agreed to by coaches/parents at an additional fee. Travel tournaments do not include lodging. Players stay in rooms with their parents.
Practices begin the first week of December. The season runs through the last scheduled tournament.
An acceptance is not official until the deposit is paid using the link below. Our offer to you is binding until 11pm on Wed Nov 7th. If you have not paid by then, we will assume that you are not interested and will offer the spot to another player. Please stay in contact with the coach.
